SipSync Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SipSync, an app built and maintained by Studio Parkar. By using SipSync, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must comply with applicable laws and platform terms (such as Apple App Store terms) when using SipSync.
2. Service Description
SipSync provides hydration tracking, reminders, history insights, iOS widgets, Apple Watch support, and optional activity-aware hydration features when HealthKit permission is granted.
3. Not Medical Advice
SipSync is not medical advice and is not a medical device. Hydration guidance provided in-app is informational only. Always consult qualified professionals for medical decisions.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Some features require SipSync Pro subscription access.
- Billing is handled by Apple via your App Store account.
- Subscription status and entitlements may be managed via RevenueCat.
- Cancellation and refund policies are governed by Apple’s billing terms and policies.
5. Supported Platforms
- iPhone app (iOS 17+)
- Apple Watch app (watchOS 10+)
- iOS widgets and watch complications
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with app services.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the app beyond rights granted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
SipSync, including its software, branding, and related materials, is owned by Studio Parkar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SipSync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Parkar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of SipSync.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, or modify app features at any time, including free/pro feature boundaries, to maintain product quality and reliability.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or legal requirements require it.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
